Coffee Cake (Dora)
- 2 c milk
- 1/4 lb oleo
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 beaten eggs
4c flour, 2 pkg. yeast, + salt, nutmeg or cardamum. Beat all together + add 1 1/2 c flour more.
Refrigerate or raise warm. Roll with 1/4 lb oleo. Divide in 3, spread with melted oleo. Sprinkle with sugar + cinnamon, raisins, etc. Let raise and bake.
